In a few short words/sentences, tell us about your cat's personalities.
She has very good intuition. She knows when you had a bad day, when you're sick or when you're about to be away from a while and she will be more clingy during these times.
How has your cat transformed your life from the moment you've met him/her till now?
Both of us never had pets even when we were children. We never really understood what it meant to have a pet before having Meowy. Now we totally understand how it feels to form an emotional bond with your pet.
What does your cat mean to you?
She's like a child to us.
How did you and your cat first meet? Tell it to us in the form of a short story.
A few years ago we were living on a farm in Costa Rica where the owner of the farm had cats and dogs on the property. Most of them never came to our house except this one cat who would come by and look at us from afar at first. As time went on, she came closer and closer and eventually decided to interact with us when we would sit outside the porch. We couldn’t resist her charm so we then started to give her treats and eventually let her inside the house and took care of her.
When we were moving out of the farm, the owner said that we could take the cat with us since she spent most of her time at our place. Eventually, the time came when we needed to leave Costa Rica and go back to the Philippines. There was no question that Meowy would be coming with us as she is part of our family.
What do you think your cat thinks of you?
I believe she sees us as her family.
Your cat is part of your family. What are some things they do that make you think that she considers you part of theirs?
After we've been away traveling, she noticeably becomes more affectionate and always wants to cuddle. She is also constantly kneading, bunting, and purring when we are around. You can tell she misses us.

Why do you feel that it is important to show the world that Cats are Family?
Cats are very often misunderstood and a lot of people see them as a lesser alternative for dogs. It's only when you live with a cat you discover how special their personalities really are.
